This southern Ohio municipality’s new mixer, Model 3SBNS2-20, was put into service a little over two weeks ago. The engineer for the project reports that the mixer is, “kicking butt” and since the mixer has been installed they’ve achieved more consistent gas production readings.
The mixer is installed on a 20-foot diameter by 42-foot tall bolted steel feedstock mix tank. The feedstock is mostly a combination of food waste, fats, oils, and grease.
